Shipping policy
At Rocket City Toys, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and delivered quickly and securely. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery.
Processing & Fulfillment Times

Same-Day Shipping:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) CST, Monday through Friday, will usually ship the same day. -
Standard Processing:
Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day. -
Order Confirmation:
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details and tracking information.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, size, and destination.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3 – 7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2 – 3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and exclude processing time. Weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods may extend delivery windows.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facility.
Use the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website for real-time updates.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may be restricted from shipping to specific regions due to distributor or manufacturer limitations.
Missed or Lost Deliveries
- Missed Deliveries: If the carrier cannot complete delivery, they may hold the package at a local facility or return it to us. Please contact the carrier to arrange redelivery.

Lost Packages: If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be located, check with neighbors or your building management first.
Contact us at info@rocketcitytoys.com within 48 hours of the delivery scan so we can assist with a carrier trace.
Damaged or Delayed Shipments
Rocket City Toys is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
If your package arrives damaged, email info@rocketcitytoys.com with your order number and photos of both the item and packaging so we can help.
Fair-Purchase Limits
To keep limited releases fair for all collectors, some products have per-customer purchase limits (e.g., “Limit 4 per customer”).
If an order exceeds the posted limit:
- Quantities will be reduced to the allowed limit, and
- The difference refunded (typically as store credit) before shipment.
Repeated attempts to bypass limits (e.g., multiple orders or accounts) may result in cancellation or account restriction.
Shipping-Related Refunds
If a shipment is lost or damaged and eligible for reimbursement, refunds are processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
In certain cases, refunds may be issued as store credit to allow faster resolution and repurchase of replacement items.
